Updating is a never ending process. There are bound to be changes every now and then, hence updating is ideally exercised everyday. However, each complete cycle will take us 6 months due to the extensive nature of our comprehensive database. The last update was made in September, 2004.

The CD is an easy to use, sophisticated research and marketing tool. The information can be exported into a range of standard formats to produce mailing lists, support telesales operations and create and build your own database.

All you need to be able to install and run the CD is a PC with a local CD-Rom drive running Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Workstations 4.0 or Windows 2000. For full installation you will require about 50MB of free space on your hard drive. Alternately minimum installation will require 10MB of space, but full installation will give you optimum performance.

You can export data in to excel spreadsheets, comma delimited files or mailing list labels format. You can specify the contact you want and email, fax and telephone details enabling you to perform highly targeted marketing operations.

Your CD will be sent to you by courier delivery for purchases within the Klang Valley in Malaysia (at no extra cost to you). For orders outside of this area, a normal courier fee will apply.

	You can pay by cheque on a COD basis or by bank transfer. For purchases outside of the Klang Valley, payment must be made via a bank transfer first.
